1. I'm interested in having Kruse Kreations create an invitation or announcement for me. What do I do next?First thing you need to do is contact us!  We will need to get an idea of what you are looking for....design, theme, quantity, budget, date needed and any other information that will allow us to create your perfect product.  Once we know your vision and needs, a one of a kind sample is created just for you.

2. What samples or proofs will I see before printing?You will receive the initial samples when you're provided with the estimate. Once we make all necessary changes to create your perfect invitation or announcement, you will see a final proof for approval before production begins.  Digital proofs will be sent throughout the process free of charge.

3. Do you print addresses on the envelopes?Yes, we can print guest addresses on the envelopes as well as return addresses.  Custom address printing costs are based on the quantity of envelopes to be printed and will be itemized on the proposal when requested.

4. Will I be able to make changes to the invitations/announcements?You will be able to make any changes along the way. However if there are change requests after the final proof has been approved, you will be charged for any materials that need to be reprinted or reordered. This may also delay the completion date, so please DOUBLE CHECK the final proof before your approval is made.

5. Can I add matching elements to my invitations?Absolutely!  We can create menus, escort cards, thank you notes, favor bags, favors and more!  Just ask and we will let you know what we can create.

6. How is payment handled?Once you choose your design, a 50% deposit will be required along with the signed contract. The balance will be due upon completion and delivery.

7. Is postage included in the estimate?No. Postage is not included in the estimate. However, if you would like us to take care of the postage and delivery, let us know in advance.  We offer optional White Glove Service with all of our invitation orders (Stuff, Seal, Stamp and Send).

8. How many designs will you create for me to choose from?That depends how specific your request is. We will create anywhere from one to three designs for you based on the information you supply.  The first round of samples are free.  If you are interested in more samples after the initial round, then design fees will be applied.  You will be informed of the fee amount before additional samples are created.

9. Do you do standard invitations?We will create any design you have your heart set on, from simple to extravagant.  Based on any style, theme or budget!

10. Where are you located? Do you have a store I can visit?Kruse Kreations is located in Southwest Florida.  At this time Kruse Kreations does not have a store front.  However, we can work over the phone, via e-mail and, when possible, meet in person.
