Will I recieve a proof of my order before printing?
A:
Absolutly! All invitations and announcements include a proof that will be sent via e-mail for your approval.
Q: Phone Orders
I do not wish to order online, can you take an order over the phone?

Q: Custom Work
I don't see what I am looking for, but really like your work. Can you create something for me?

Sure! We can create customized work for any event. Rates can be arranged on a per order basis. Email or call us to find out more information.
Q: Design Assistance
I need assistance with designs and more, can you help?
A:
Absolutely! Please feel free to call or email us with any questions you may have. For example, if you love the design of one greeting, but want the wording of another, we can combine them for you.
Q: Out of stock item
My item is out of stock, what does this mean?
A:
Please contact us to find out when the item will be available for order, or if there are other comparable items available.

Q: Order Status
How do I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by sending an e-mail to customer service or calling 646-388-0571. Please have your order number available.
Q: Return policy?
What is your return policy?
A:
Due to the nature of personalized products, we cannot accept personalized items for a refund. If we make an error on your order, we will fix and replace at no cost to you. If there is an error on your side, we will gladly reproduce your order at only 50% of the original price.
If you are unsatisfied with an order that is not personalized, please return within 14 days for a full refund.
If you are not completely satisfied then neither are we. We want our customers to come back and spread the word, so please contact our customer service department if you have further questions.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we are only able to ship within the continental United States and Canada.

What is the shipping charge?

$0-20 $4.95 $21-49.99 $7.95 $50-99.99 $10.95 $100-199.99 $13.95 $200 + $15.95
2 Day Shipping will be an additional $10.00 shipping fee and overnight shipping will be an additional $20.00.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground unless otherwise specified by our customer.

When will I receive my order?
A:
Orders will be processed and shipped within 72 hours, unless stated otherwise during checkout.
Rush orders are available for a $25.00 fee and will be processed and shipped within 24 hours, standard shipping does apply, rush shipping is available for an additional fee. (Please see Shipping Charges for additional rates.)
No shipping on Sundays.
